From the Northeast Region

[av_textblock size=” font_color=” color=”]

The Northeast closed out the spring with a fantastic retreat entitled “’Unplug and Recharge’ living like Mary in a World of Martha Demands”.  The retreat had over 100 ladies in attendance from up and down the eastern seaboard.  There were over 10 chapels represented from Virginia to Massachusetts and included both active duty and spouses from the Army, Air Force and Marines!  We hope to gather in some Navy and Coast Guard ladies to round out our service circle.

Spring is always a time of hellos and farewells in the vocation of military service.  And the Northeast is not exempt; across our chapels we bid farewell to sisters we have grown to love and have opened our arms to those that are incoming.  In doing so, we also welcome the changing of the guard with our chapel leadership.

With grateful hearts, we honor the service of our 2016-2017 presidents: Liza Belcher- Dover, Rachel Steipp- Hanover, Laurie Jatezak-JBMDL, Lori Rohde-Belvoir, Genevieve Hughes-Eustis, Amy Callicott-Aberdeen PG, Denise Hummel-Quantico, Sarah Wesichedel-Langley, Amanda Fox-West Point, Jill Leduc-Drum, Sarah Oldham-Meade and Michelle Nash-Carlisle.  Many of whom are staying on to serve another term!

We welcome our newly discerned presidents: Mary Deanna Moore- Aberdeen PG, Samantha Callahan – Meade and Krista Wojtaszek- West Point, Anne Moffat-Carlisle, Louise Oliver- Belvoir.   Additionally, please welcome Catherine Duggan, Linda Coleman and Jennifer Christienson as they join the Northeast regional leadership team. Pray that these women are blessed in their leadership and that the Holy Spirit may overflow within them.
