We will be retreating in reflection and meditation and we want to be able to provide each woman an opportunity to fill their cups. That being said, babies in arms are allowed but there is no cribs/pack and plays available due to the nature of the retreat space. Private rooms are available so please email centralcoordinator@mccw.org to coordinate any needs when bringing a child.

If you have any food allergies or other dietary restrictions, PLEASE note when registering so accommodations can be made to every meal. We do not want to have any emergencies or have anyone not receive a good nutritious meal. All dietary needs can be met.
Refunds
The Registration Fee is not refundable; however, you are able to transfer your registration to another woman. Please Contact Rebecca Lockhart at centralcoordinator@mccw.org if you need to transfer your registration.
Recommended Attire
Please dress comfortably but with a spirit of respect for the spiritual nature of the retreat facility. Temperatures in February will range from 40-50 degrees, it will be cold especially at night so please bring multiple layers. Please consider bringing a sweater/jacket, and comfortable shoes for walking the stations of the cross. Please bring something comfortable to work out/stretch in. Prepare accordingly by following a weather app that will give you the best information for the days leading up to and during the retreat. Have a question or need to talk? Please email Rebecca Lockhart at centralcoordinator@mccw.org
Pray for Each Other
One aspect of our retreat will be pairing each woman with a prayer sister. Once paired up, you will be given the name of your prayer sister and in the days leading up to and during the retreat, we ask that you pray for your specific sister. During the retreat, it’s customary to give your prayer sister small cards or notes and some women may choose to give small gifts. We only ask that you share small notes with them, it does not have to be fancy, once a day during the retreat. On Saturday evening during the wine and cheese social we will do a prayer sister reveal so you can find out who your sister is.
