Leading Discernment Virtually
This is the time of year when so many organizations, including our chapel ministries, are busy selecting new leadership for the coming year. Social distancing and global lock-down have made it difficult for CWOCs to do this in the same way as years past, but MCCW is ready to help.
If you are interested in learning how your chapel can lead discernment virtually — whether telephonically or via video-conferencing — MCCW has ideas for you. Join MCCW Discernment Coordinator Kelly Oliver and MCCW President Kim Miller for one of two sessions to learn best practices, step-by-step ideas, and tips for leading your virtual discernment.
The free sessions will be offered Tuesday, May 12 at 10 a.m. EDT and Wednesday, May 13 at 8 p.m. EDT. Advanced registration is required and can be completed by clicking on the session you wish to attend. Once you register, visit our website to download CWOC discernment packets that we will reference during the session.
