Will We See You in Tampa?
MCCW kicked off the new year by opening registration for Forum 2022 – our first chance to gather as a worldwide community of Catholic military women since 2019 – and we want you to be there.
Forum 2022 will be MCCW’s biggest and best reunion event yet. Think of it as the girls’ weekend – filled with Catholic speakers, worship, and prayer – we have needed since the start of the pandemic! You won’t want to miss out.
Here’s what you need to know to be a part of Forum 2022:
- Forum 2022 is taking place in Tampa from Thursday, April 21 through Sunday, April 24 at the Hilton Downtown Tampa.
- Forum is the women’s ministry conference of the Archdiocese for the Military Services – held every two years to bring military-affiliated women from around the world together for formation, prayer, and fellowship.
- All military-affiliated women, including active duty, reserve component, retirees, veterans, and dependents are invited to be a part of this special event. Your Catholic military chaplain is welcome to join us, too!
Get ready to attend in these five easy steps:
- Complete the Forum 2022 Registration Form: The Forum registration form can be found on our one-stop Forum webpage. In addition to the form, you will find details about lodging, the schedule, our host city and church, and answers to your most asked questions.
- Pay Your Forum Registration Fee: Your registration isn’t complete until your payment has been processed:
- If you are paying the full amount, you can pay here or send a check to MCCW, PO Box 4456, Washington, DC 20017 with Forum in the memo line
- If you are receiving a partial chapel subsidy, you will receive an invoice from us by email once you complete the registration form – then you can pay online or send us a check
- If your chapel is paying your registration fee, we will send your chapel POC an invoice.
- Have questions about payment? Email registrar@mccw.org and finance@mccw.org.
- Make Your Hotel Reservation: Hotel reservations are separate from your Forum Registration, so visit our easy-to-use booking site to reserve your room at the Hilton Downtown Tampa.
- Book Your Travel: You will definitely want to arrive by early afternoon on Thursday and won’t want to leave until early afternoon on Sunday so that you don’t miss any of Forum’s exciting offerings. Find out more about the schedule highlights on MCCW’s Forum webpage.
- Invite Others to be Part of Forum: Share this information with your friends and fellow military women as well as your chaplain, chapel staff, installation chaplain, or civilian parish. Talk to them about how they can be a part of this great event – either by attending or providing support for women to be a part of Forum 2022. Printing this one-page Forum Fact Sheet is an easy way to share all the important details.
