Welcome to the 2023 MCCW Central Region Retreat!

We’re happy you have chosen to take this leap of faith in this new way to Connect, Unite and Inspire. It has been too long since we joined in person and the whole team is excited to Connect with you, Unite in our devotion to the Eucharist, and Inspire you to bring that devotion back to your chapels.

The Central team is also excited to embark on “Eucharistic Revival” with you.  May God continue to bless and guide us all as we begin our journey to Him together.

Your Sister in Christ,

Kristen Foss

MCCW Central Regional Coordinator

This year we are excited to offer a few $100 registration scholarships provided by MCCW-Worldwide available on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you wish to request this need-based scholarship please email finance@mccw.org.  We will award scholarships based on the email timestamp of each request.  They are limited to spouses of E5 and below and O3 and below and you will be required to provide a letter of good standing from your priest. Recipients will be notified by email of their conditional approval within a week of requesting a scholarship and then have ten days to provide any required documentation.  If you do not provide a letter of good standing by the deadline, the scholarship will go to the next person on the list.

All registrations must be completed on Eventbrite.

All sales will close on February 13, 2023.

Space is limited. We highly encourage you to register as soon as possible.

Note: You will be selecting one ticket that includes registration (or daytripper) fees.

If you are a female, 18 and older, AND affiliated with the military (all branches-active, guard, reserve, dependent, retired, DoDEA, contractor) – we would be honored to have you attend this retreat!

Please note: You do not need to be a leader in your community, involved in a CWOC or even Catholic – just respectful and open to learning. We have women who attend from installations where there is not an active CWOC and we would be happy to have you!  We are hoping for representation from across the Central region!

We highly encourage you to “retreat” and spend your time for three days at the retreat center. As we realize this time frame and overnight option is not possible for everyone, we have included a day tripper price for those who cannot spend the night. It includes meals during the retreat, but not lodging.

Due to the nature of our ordering platform, you will select a ticket option that only includes registration. You must then contact the guesthouse yourself to reserve your room & board separately at approximately $45/night. The breakdown is below.

The registration fee is a nonrefundable per-person fee paid through Eventbrite before February 13, 2023.  This covers the facility, retreat materials, and on-site chapel.

Lodging and attendance options vary. Each rate includes lunch and dinner meals as well as coffee/tea breaks:

-$220: Overnight retreat guest

-$110: Day-trip retreat attendee
