Prayers for Our Promised Priests: A Vigil in the Archdiocese Where the Sun Never Sets
By: Denise Hummel & Kitty Eisenbeil
Recently Denise and Kitty felt a push from the Holy Spirit to support our co-sponsored seminarians in a more prayerful way. We want to encourage the women of MCCW to adopt a sense of spiritual maternity and begin to pray more intentionally and fervently for the young men discerning their call to the priesthood.
MCCW invites you to their first-ever 24-hour virtual prayer event. Beginning at 3 pm EST on May 22nd and concluding at 3 pm EST on May 23, the event will include the Chaplet of Divine Mercy, rosary, Devotion to the Sacred Heart, spontaneous and intentional prayers, as well as talks and vocation stories from our seminarians, and messages from our bishops and (hopefully) our AMS clergy too.
Each one-hour session will be led by a member of our MCCW Leadership Team. A guide will be provided so this committed time is centered and focused on prayer. All MCCW members are encouraged to make plans to join us at any time during these 24 hours, as we pray together for our promised priests.

Prayer for Co-Sponsored Seminarians
By: Archbishop Timothy P. Broglio
O Lord of the Harvest,
continue to sustain the generous response of the AMS co-sponsored seminarians.
Enflame Your Spirit within them and guide their formation.
Enlarge their hearts to make them all things for all people,
because you are the Lord of all who lives and reigns forever and ever.
