Adam Marchese of Orlando, FL will be joining us, too. Fr. Adam is looking forward to our MCCW reunion as we reconnect, reunite, and get inspired to put on the armor of God. As a future Army Chaplain, Fr. Adam shared these thoughts back in 2019:
“Hearing stories of soldiers breaking into tears when given the chance to receive Reconciliation or Holy Eucharist, Deacon Marchese told his mother he wanted to serve, ‘those overseas willing to fight for our country and those are the people I want to bring the Sacraments to because they don’t have the option. If there is no priest, there are no Sacraments.’”
For years, MCCW has lovingly adopted, supported, and prayed for the Archdiocese for the Military Services Co-Sponsored Seminarians. We have always recognized the importance of their formative years at the seminary and generously donated to our endowed scholarship
Have you ever considered, though, what exactly happens after their priestly ordination? Once a co-sponsored seminarian has been ordained they serve their local, or home, diocese for three years. After those three years of growth as young priests, they then become active-duty military chaplains serving in various military services. Be sure to join us at Forum 2022 to meet Fr. Adam and learn more about his vocation story.

Welcome to all our women who are meeting us at THE WELL on this Feast of our Blessed Mother in honor of her Assumption.
