Your Open Invitation to “Pop-In & Pray”
“In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Blessings and graces to each of you. Amen”.
This is the familiar opening of Tuesday’s “Pop-In & Pray” on our Worldwide MCCW Facebook Community page. Each Tuesday from 11-11:15 AM (EST) a scripture passage is shared along with thoughts on how it relates to our own journey. Each of you are invited to come sit a brief moment for spiritual nourishing and the sisterhood we share in our faith.
We also offer a more interactive platform at 5 PM EST via Zoom. See the login information below.
The gatherings have encouraged others with your responses to pray for them and let them know they are not alone. We come together in the noises of the day for silence in Christ.
This format brings us united in prayer with petitions for our Archbishop, the AMS, MCCW Leadership, priests, seminarians, first responders, mothers with babes, empty nesters, and so many more people and intentions.
I am very appreciative and humbled of the private emails sharing your day and events that are always changing in a military community.
It is my pleasure on the MCCW Leadership board to serve in this manner – to connect, unite, and inspire during our Tuesday “Pop-In & Pray” sessions.
